1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- You may request a return for most products within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
- Returned products must be in their original condition โ unused, undamaged, clean, and with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may be refused return or subject to a partial refund.
- Custom-made, personalized, or digital products are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.
- If you received a wrong or defective item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Support team within the 30-day window at info@cho-ose-view.fun or via our websiteโs contact form.
- Provide your order number, contact details, and a clear reason for the return.
- Upon approval, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed instructions for shipping your return.
- Please do not send returns without an RMA number, as this may delay or invalidate your refund.
- Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit and include the RMA number inside the package.
3. Return Shipping and Costs
- For domestic (within country) returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- For international returns, customers bear all return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees related to shipping.
- We highly recommend using a tracked, insured shipping method to ensure your return is delivered safely. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent without tracking.
- Please retain proof of postage and shipping receipts until the return process is complete.
4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days using the original payment method.
- Please note that the refund may take additional time to appear on your bank or card statement depending on your financial institution.
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where we sent you the wrong or defective item.
- If a partial refund is issued due to product condition, you will be informed of the amount.
5. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- To exchange a product, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired product separately.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the customerโs responsibility.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos clearly showing the damage or defect to help us process your claim quickly.
- We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.
- In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Choose-View.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Orders
- For customers outside our country, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes levied by your country.
- These additional charges are the customerโs responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
- We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to understand potential charges.
- We cannot mark packages as gifts or undervalue shipments to avoid customs fees, as this is illegal in many countries.
8. Non-Returnable Items
- Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom products
- Opened software or digital downloads
- Consumables such as batteries, gels, or bulbs
- Clearance or heavily discounted items (unless defective)
